PaaSbox is a solo-founder company, and support is handled by the person who built the platform. Replies are best-effort — typically within one business day, often much faster. There’s no call center and no ticket routing; you write, I read it.

Section titled “Support”- Email: support@paasbox.com — the right channel for anything about your account, billing, or a cluster. Include your team name and, if it’s about a specific cluster, the cluster name and region.
- Before writing, the FAQ and the docs answer the questions people ask first.
