Refund & cancellation policy

Dieser Inhalt ist noch nicht in deiner Sprache verfügbar.

This page states the cancellation and refund rules for PaaSbox subscriptions. It is part of the terms of service (German version: AGB, which is binding where the two differ). As of 2026-07-09.

Cancel anytime, by self-service in the console or by email. The cluster runs to the end of the paid billing period and the subscription ends there. No partial refunds for the remainder of a started period — the discount versus the hourly plan is the trade for the period commitment. If you need hour-precision exit, use the hourly plan.

Cancel to the end of the twelve-month term — no automatic refund. On request (support@paasbox.com), we refund early termination as:

refund = annual price paid − (months used, rounded up) × monthly price

The annual price equals ten monthly prices, so the refund reaches €0 from month ten. Months used are counted from the term start to the requested end date.

There is no term to cancel: you pay for awake hours already metered (with the 4-hour minimum per active period), and stopping is as simple as hibernating (meter drops to €0) or deleting the cluster. Charges already incurred are not refunded.

Deleting a cluster ends its subscription immediately. The remainder of the current billing period is forfeited; no partial refund. Your adopted servers are released back to your fleet — never deleted — and your application data in your own Hetzner project is untouched.

The €5 signup credit is promotional, has no cash value, and is not paid out or refunded.

Consumers residing in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By expressly requesting immediate provisioning of a cluster, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has begun. Outside the EU, PaaSbox is offered to businesses only.

Email support@paasbox.com from an address associated with your team, naming the team and, if applicable, the cluster and invoice number. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
